In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The repair under the insurance is performed in any Authorized service center by the warranty issuer.
The Warranty request may not be cancelled, returned or transferred to another appliance.
In the event where no branches of AAA are available in any country, the customer shall repair the device in a certified service centre and keep the receipt to claim for reimbursement upon his return to any branch of AAA which shall compensate such customer.
1- Warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and 100% parts and labor with zero deductibles including the costs of transporting the device from and to the workshop.
2- If the costs of repairing the device including the spare parts and labor are more than or equal the market value of the device stated in the purchase invoice and warranty book, then the company is entitled to consider this device as damaged and compensate the customer with the value of the device after deducting the depreciation as follows:
