Maximum Liability Towards Claims:

This program covers the part, or parts replacement or repair whenever necessary. The warranty does not cover time or damage to personal properties, loss of revenues or other damages resulting therefrom, as it does not include repairs of damages incurred due to misuse or leakage of liquids to the electronic appliances, or due to falling in water, also it does not cover repairing products not included in the warranty (unless and only to the extent that any of the foregoing is covered under the manufacturer's warranty).

The Repair Method:

The repair under the insurance is performed in any Authorized service center by the warranty issuer.

Note:

The Warranty request may not be cancelled, returned or transferred to another appliance.

I - Customer

  • Take your appliance to the approved service center of the seller.
  • Declare that your appliance has AAA warranty for the extension of the warranty.
  • Show the Electronics invoice.
  • Ask the agent to diagnose the problem and give a description and pricing for the repair work.

II - Service Center

  • Before beginning the repair procedure, the consent of AAA should be obtained.
  • Please make sure you provide the following data: (Policy No.- Appliance type and model - Serial No. - Nature of malfunction - estimated repair value, - spare parts and labour charges).
  • AAA administration will issue the repair authorization No. discussed, and this number shall be the stated in the repair invoice.
  • After obtaining the authorization, the repair procedure will begin.
  • After completing the repair, the following will be presented to the AAA Administration: Repair Invoice, Authorization Paper.

In the event where no branches of AAA are available in any country, the customer shall repair the device in a certified service centre and keep the receipt to claim for reimbursement upon his return to any branch of AAA which shall compensate such customer.

Warranty Coverage

1- Warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and 100% parts and labor with zero deductibles including the costs of transporting the device from and to the workshop.

2-If the costs of repairing the device including the spare parts and labor are more than or equal the market value of the device stated in the purchase invoice and warranty book, then the company is entitled to consider this device as damaged and compensate the customer with the value of the device after deducting the depreciation as follows:

Exceptions

This warranty does not cover consumables as well as any lost parts.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage resulting from shipping or transit.
  • Damages caused by breaking the device intentionally or unintentionally.
  • Instruments repaired at an unapproved service center.
  • Damages resulting from misuse, unnatural use, deliberate negligence or control, incorrect installation or use of improper transformers.
  • Instruments of which the serial numbers were changed, or removed in whole or in part.
  • Damages resulting from fires arising from any world war, revolutions and natural disasters.
  • Shifting and re-install the device.
