- Call us on 1808040 or email us on [email protected] within 7 days and tell us about the malfunction that has occurred.
I - Customer
- Take your appliance to the approved service center of the seller.
- Declare that your appliance has AAA warranty for the extension of the warranty.
- Show the Electronics invoice.
Ask the agent to diagnose the problem and give a description and pricing for the repair work.
II - Service Center
- Before beginning the repair procedure, the consent of AAA should be obtained.
- Please make sure you provide the following data: (Policy No.- Appliance type and model - Serial No. - Nature of malfunction estimated repair value, - spare parts and labour charges).
- AAA administration will issue the repair authorization No. discussed, and this number shall be the stated in the repair invoice.
- After obtaining the authorization, the repair procedure will begin.
- After completing the repair, the following will be presented to the AAA Administration:
- Repair Invoice
- Authorization Paper
In the event where no branches of AAA are available in any country, the customer shall repair the device in a certified service centre and keep the receipt to claim for reimbursement upon his return to any branch of AAA which shall compensate such customer.
